The Atlantic Plaza is a 22 unit oceanfront condominium/hotel located in New Smyrna Beach. We are two short blocks from Flagler Avenue, the epicenter of NSB beachside Here you will find restaurants, bars, surf shops, ice cream parlors, souvenir vendors and quaint boutique shops all with-in walking distance. Several full service grocery stores and pharmacies are a short drive away. New Smyrna Beach is unique in that it has both a beachside and landside main streets. Each of our comfortably furnished, two-bedroom, two-bath units have a balcony. Fourteen units are direct oceanFRONT and eight of our units are side oceanVIEW. The fully-equipped kitchen includes breakfast bar, dishwasher, range, refrigerator and microwave. Each privately-owned unit can accommodate four to six persons and all are non-smoking. Our guests enjoy our "family friendly" policies and continue to come back time after time. Daily newspaper and free wifi access are available in every unit. During the winter months the pool is heated for our guests' enjoyment. We have a friendly staff and On-site management.
