The mission of Bay Arts Alliance is to support, promote, and develop the arts as essential to the revitalization of our community. We accomplish this mission through venue management, arts training, public art, and consulting to bring color, exciting events, and more to the Bay County area and enhance the experience and engagement of citizens and visitors alike.
Bay Arts is committed to making diversity, equity, and inclusion part of everything we do--it's why our vision of ‘Art on Every Corner' is so meaningful to us. We believe art should be accessible to everyone regardless of age, race, or socioeconomic status.
Being inclusive is making sure that everyone has a seat at the table and an opportunity to be heard. This is why it is important to Bay Arts to maintain a diverse board and team. We also provide opportunities for anyone to join us for a monthly round table discussion at the Panama City Center for the Arts. This monthly Arts Luncheon allows us to face head on the challenges of inequity in our arts community together.
We also advocate for the arts to our local and national representatives and are working to grow our contingent of arts supporters to fight for the arts and spread the word about the power the arts have to improve our economy.
