We are an all suite 100% non-smoking property that was completely renovated in July 2008. Our sleeping accommodations are all one bedroom suites with either one king or two double beds.  Each suite has a sleeper sofa, refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker, complimentary wireless high speed internet access and as well includes a hot continental breakfast that is served daily in our lobby area.  All self parking is complimentary as we do not offer valet service.  We are located in an area of Miami called Kendall.  Kendall is a mix between commercial and residential so the area contains everything that your guests could be looking for.  If Kendall doesn't have it, it is very close.  From our location we have 10 to 15 restaurants within 5 minutes driving time and some that you can walk to including Red Lobster, Outback Steakhouse and the Kendall Ale House.  There is a movie theater within 1 mile of the hotel.  Shopping is not an issue either as we have two major malls, Dadeland Mall and The Falls Shopping Center, with 5 miles of the hotel and two smaller outdoor malls within 4 blocks.  All the other touristy areas of Miami such as Coconut Grove and South Beach are easily accessible as well.
