Josh’s Delicatessen and Appetizing is a modern take on a traditional Jewish Deli. Executive Chef and owner Josh Marcus makes almost everything from scratch, serves deli staples, and bakes his own bread. But he doesn’t just serve up the typical bagel and whitefish fare. Instead, he serves crispy latkes with thinly sliced tuna and spicy mayo and a monster “Jewban” sandwich – pastrami, pork, pickle, and Swiss. The menu changes regularly with new offerings that keep diners guessing with every visit. It is an old world meets new world dining experience; and while it is not all kosher, it is all delicious.
