We are open to the public Saturdays & Sundays from 11:00 am - 6:00 pm with the last tour at 5:00 pm. We are CLOSED Monday - Friday for private events. We do book daytime/evening private events. The distillery tours Saturday & Sunday are $8.00 per person with the tour/tasting fee WAIVED with bottle purchase. RESERVATIONS are not required except for parties of 12 or more. The tasting room features all three spirits to sample and finishes with a craft made cocktail sample. Tours are approximately 1 hour. The tour is not mandatory for a visit - if you just want to come out for a peaceful day in the woods that's perfect too.

NJoy Spirits Distillery is an 80 Acre "Certified Farm Distillery" centrally located in Hernando County, about 1 hour Northwest of Tampa. Please load your GPS using the WAZE app on your phone with the address: 13243 Commercial Way, Brooksville, FL, 34614 to get to NJoy Spirits Distillery (WAZE is the most accurate GPS to use- google is not updated). This address is the entrance to the "Chassahowitzka Wildlife Management Area," off Highway 19. Once you enter the management area (You DO NOT need to pay the wildlife management entrance fee if you are going to NJOY SPIRITS DISTILLERY Only) follow the NJOY signs for ~5 Miles to the Entrance of Goff Ranch, home of NJOY SPIRITS DISTILLERY (there is a printable map on website njoyspirits.com for reference)

The Distillery features Wild Buck Whiskey, Florida Mermaid Rum & Ryes In Shine Moonshine. "Wild Buck American Rye Whiskey" is a 100 % Rye Whiskey 100 proof aged 5 years. Florida Mermaid Rum is Sugar cane Rum 100 proof aged 3 1/2 years in our Gold Award Winning "Wild Buck Whiskey" Barrels. "Rye's in Shine" Moonshine is a 100% Rye Moonshine not aged and 150 proof. Our spirits have won a total of 17 International Gold Medals including gold medals & double gold medals from the prestigious American Distilling Institutes World Spirits Competition and from San Francisco's World Spirits Competition.

Not only do we have a beautiful Distillery to visit we also have live local music on Saturdays, 2 beer garden bars / sitting areas & 16 different domestic and craft beer selections. We also have food trucks every Saturday. Additionally, we serve an amazing red sangria, margarita cocktail and offer a large array of wines and seltzers. Non Alcoholic drinks are also available. As you tour the facility you will see wild turkey, fox tail squirrels, the occasional otter, gator, hog and deer. There is of course our home critters: a donkey named "Snickers" two spoiled horses Tango & Bravo, two ducks Gin & Tonic and a dog named "Rummer".

We also feature a well appointed gift shop which sells our Wild Buck American Rye Whiskey, Florida Mermaid Rum and Ryes In Shine Moonshine by the bottle or case. T - shirts, logo glasses, large selection of premium cigars and hand made treats are always available. We sell our Farm FRESH Honey by the pound and offer Fresh Eggs for purchase. Baked goods and Local Made Coffee is also available in the gift shop.

Service dogs are permitted but must be kept on a leash at all times. Kids are allowed to visit, but are NOT permitted in the tasting room or to sit at the bar. We have a putting green, corn toss, board games and horse shoes.
