Add to plan Remove from plan

Located in the historic district, the OLD SCHOOL is a true "American Landmark". The original Colonial house is handmade of red cedar and cypress and dates back to the 1700's. Juan Genopoly purchased this homestead and transformed his living area into a classroom for the children of St. Augustine's newest residents, the Minorcans. The professor and students welcome visitors to experience what school life was like during the class of 1864. Enjoy the collection of rare artifacts and antiques beautifully preserved inside the house. Outside, explore the colonial kitchen, drinking well, the "privy" and beautiful surroundings. The tropical garden is a peaceful paradise filled with blooming flowers and lush plants. You and your family will treasure the experience of walking in the steps of children from centuries past. Compare your school days with those from the old days! You will receive your very own diploma!
