Original First Turn Steakhouse

Add to plan Remove from plan

The original First Turn Restaurant and Lounge was founded in 1984 by Rick, Denise and Lee Hilliard on US 92 near the Daytona Speedway. Based on a Stock Car Racing Theme and being the home of the Charcoal Sizzlin Steak, soon many drivers and teams became frequent visitors. In the fall of 1988 the original First Turn moved to its present location on US 1 in Allendale, one mile south of the Port Orange Bridge. People from miles around come to enjoy a famous Sizzlin Steak, a good time and Volusia County's largest private racing memorabilia collection, that has created a history of early racing in the Daytona Area.  Today we strive to offer the same quality food and service by our awesome "Pit Crew".  We also have Patio dining, and a 3000 sq. ft. deck with Tiki and Raw Bar offering a full menu and full liquor bar, with Oysters, Clams, Shrimp, Crablegs and John-Boy's famous Steamed Seafood Platter.  Live entertainment Tuesday - Saturday.  We have 30 TV'S, and 12 Ft. HD Screen for all your Sports, all Races and NFL Sunday Ticket.  Happy Hour during all NFL Football games and Sprint Cup Races.  "IF YOU MISS THE FIRST TURN, YOU'VE MISSED THE WHOLE RACE"
