Public Eye Soar is an international projection art festival featuring art and artists from all over the world. Art, video, animation, music, performance and interactive installations transform and illuminate the historic buildings of downtown Panama City, Florida. The Public Eye Soar mission is to share art of all forms in unexpected places to delight, surprise, educate and inspire our community.
