Sand Key Park has two distinct areas: the beach and the park proper. The park contains picnic shelters with grills, a playground, a dog park, a boardwalk and nature trails, and restrooms. Guests can also enjoy the beach and nearby salt marsh, witnessing plenty of wildlife such as herons and roseate spoonbills.
