Celebrating our 57th season, The Southwest Florida Symphony is Lee County's professional orchestra and is one of the oldest symphony orchestras on Florida's Gulf Coast. For more than half a century, the Southwest Florida Symphony has grown to a roster of 65 world-class musicians. Each season, our musicians present a series of five Masterworks concerts, three Pops concerts, a Holiday Pops and a Small Stage Symphonies series.
Our 2018-2019 Masterworks Series will feature enduring classical masterpieces by Barber, Brahms, Schumann and several newer works by contemporary http://composers.One hour prior to each Masterworks concert, patrons are invited to attend conductor and guest artist led pre-concert lectures. These lectures, which include Q&A opportunities, enhance our patrons’ concert experience through providing insight into the pieces being performed.

Three Small Stage Symphonies,℠ chamber orchestra programs, are presented at select venues throughout Southwest Florida including BIG Arts on Sanibel, Shell Point Village, Saint Leo the Great in Bonita Springs, The Sidney & Berne Davis Art Center, Faith Presbyterian in Cape Coral, and The Moorings in Naples.
