A 250-foot boardwalk overlooks the Atlantic Ocean and a guarded golden sand beach. Covered picnic areas with grills, showers and restrooms along with volleyball and basketball courts are on-site. Stuart Beach also has a playground for younger children, and a full concession stand.
Stuart Beach is located across from the Elliott Museum and the Florida Oceanographic Coastal Center.
A favorite with surfers in the winter, several popular surf camps are also operated out of this beach during the summer due to the smaller wave patterns
