Watercolour Grillhouse offers an award-winning dining experience with stunning Clearwater Bay views, a menu focused on the best steak and seafood, hand-crafted cocktails, an impressive wine list, as well as a dedication to attention to detail and service.

The restaurant is located at the Clearwater Beach Marriott Suites on Sand Key.

Steaks are "Certified Angus Beef"; aged 18 - 24 days, broiled on an infra-red broiler at approximately 1600 degrees to lock in the mouthwatering juices. Steaks are then placed on a sizzling platter. Each steak features special seasoning (the owner's secret recipe handed down through generations) to accompany the flavorful juices.

Savor fresh fish selections prepared to your liking and paired with made-from-scratch sauces. Lobster Spaghetti, Crab Cakes with a key lime sauce, and Grouper are just a few of our Chef's specialties.

Watercolour Lounge is the bar connected to the restaurant. The lounge offers seating along the waterview windows and seating at the bar. Fresh hand-rolled. made-to-order sushi is available Thursday through Sunday (5pm-10pm) in the lounge.
